Return Process

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original swing tags and labels remain attached and intact.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized NZ Post location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
